The deadline is set and production tasks have been created and assigned to each team member with their specific deadlines. No need to send the latest version of your editorial calendar spreadsheet or notify your team of their new assignments. That all happens automatically.
With my first draft complete, I can send it to other members of my team for review. Or leave a comment based on another team member’s revisions.
